Digital Dialog Acceptance (DDA) is meant to facilitate the intake of vehicles in European Heavy Duty Truck workshops. It will replace an existing process that relies on paper forms. It is typically conducted by Service Advisors and takes between 5 and 15 minutes and may or may not include the customer.
