iATN Automotive Technicians Community

iATN (Project Daytona) is the redesign of an old platform that is the largest community of Automotive Technicians in the world. 86,000 Techs across 176 countries use the knowledge base and expert community to solve tough diagnostic issues as well as access on-demand training from the OEM’s and soft skills to advance their careers. Kind of a LinkedIn for Techs.

My role on this project was: Concept / DesignLead

I did research, defined the journeys, task analysis, information architecture, layout, interaction design, and visual design. I had to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and meet with OEM's. The new designs allowed us to add 4 more OEM's and grew the community by 27%!
