Sylectus
Sylectus is a mobile application for the procurement of loads for a truck driver. It helps the driver by tying in the daily workflow for the drivers.
HD Truck Driver ICE (In Cab Experience)
A customer project that I was the project owner, UX researcher, and UX designer. I lead a team of 3; a front end dev, middle ware dev, and backend dev. Project was 6 months from conception to release. I did 112 interviews with Heavy Duty Truck Drivers and Driver Managers to gain the proper insights and Personas.
Concept Customer Demo for Lyft Freight
Lyft came to us to help them conceptualize a freight app that would compete with Uber Freight. This focus was on owner operators, the theme was "The App IS the Driver's Business" . It must be a "one stop shop" for him/her to get their jobs done. It should learn, teach, and run their business.
My role was Product Owner, UX Architect, and UI Designer, I had a team of 3, myself, another designer, and a front end developer. This prototype was conceived, defined, ideated, designed, and demo created in 6 days from concept to full working prototype.
