On Nov 2, 2015 Hewlett Packard was successfully split into 2 companies, HP, which focuses on the consumer-facing computer and printer business and HP Enterprise, which focuses on the enterprise-facing hardware and cloud business.
I was leading the global UX practice for HP and HP Labs, I had to define the strategy for how UX and Innovation would be done in both companies, and how we would split up UX & Labs resources.  I created two concurrent Centers of Excellence to allow each UX and Innovation teams to define how they wanted to operate moving forward and help each other to build individual practices.
During this time I was asked to lead the rebrand HPE and work with Frog our outside consultants.  Below is the results of the 6 month rebrand work.
I was able to lead this rebrand and come in 3 months early and $2 million  under the rebrand budget!
Once we had the brand ready, I worked with the new HPE team to start the new Design System, doing this preemptively and collaboratively with both teams, saved the 3 months of design time effectively saving over $200,000.00 dollars in resources that could now focus on customers day one!
