A customer project that I was the project owner, UX researcher, and UX designer. I lead a team of 3; a front end dev, middle ware dev, and backend dev. Project was 6 months from conception to release. I did 112 interviews with Heavy Duty Truck Drivers and Driver Managers to gain the proper insights and Personas.
