Verizon - Adobe Consulting Engagement
This My Verizon Setup Wizard project was to leverage new Adobe technologies to provide a more seamless customer set up experience after their device purchase. The premise is to make this application available to the customer from various channels, like the demo bar in the stores, via ECRM and through My Verizon Web. The goal is to provide all of the necessary relevant information and setup procedures a customer should go through to help the customer more easily begin using their device without calling customer service and helping to promote self service through use.
